This includes planning and designing the service, directing the daily operations of the service, integrating and coordinating the service with other services in the hospital, and improving performance of the service. The director is also responsible for providing leadership within their service as well as throughoutWhat qualifications you will need:Bachelors Degree requiredBasic Cardiac Life Support, or CPR, or CPR for Healthcare Providers, or Heart Saver CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date(OTR) Occupational Therapist Registered, or (LPT) Licensed Physical TherapistMinimum of five years experience in hospitals required with at least two years experience in a management capacity.HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast is a full-service 340+ bed acute care hospital in Pasadena, Texas.
