Education

Bachelor''s Degree Healthcare related field Required

Master''s Degree Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field Preferred

Experience

5 years experience in a leadership role in Patient Experience, Volunteer services and Patient and Family Engagement Required

General Experience with HCAHPS, CG-CAHPS, OAS-CAHPS, outpatient and patient satisfaction surveys. Required

General Experience leading Patient and Family Advisory Councils Required

General Experience in a multi-hospital health system Preferred
