Compensation / Benefits

Join our team as the Clinical Director of Women’s Services, an award-winning service line that achieved the Gold Award for Excellence in Perinatal Care from the Oklahoma Perinatal Quality Improvement Collaborative, recognizing perinatal nurses, obstetricians, lactation consultants neonatal-ICU specialists and others who create nurturing, inclusive and family-centered environments for patients and families.   We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to produce quality outcomes and lead teams through growth and change. Departments of responsibility include L&D, Postpartum,  NICU and supporting teams.  NRHS services Norman and surrounding communities and delivers more than 2,000 annually.

Qualifications:

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, business planning, strategic planning, evidence-based practice, budgeting, productivity required, thorough understanding of all healthcare regulatory and compliance measures related to women's services
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to positively influence and effectively lead others
  • Must be able to show a history of implementing successful quality improvement and efficiency improvement initiative      

Education

  • BSN required
  • Master's Degree required or actively working on Master's Degree in a field relative to the position

Experience

  • Five years’ experience in area of expertise including a minimum of 3 years’ experience in upper level management in a medium to large healthcare facility

Licensure/Certification

  • Current Oklahoma nursing license as a registered nurse
