Description
General Responsibility:
To serve our Lord through Cornerstone PCA Church in leading our Student Ministry and giving leadership to our Nursery and Childrens Ministry.
Student Ministry Specific:
- Develop the Vision, Mission and Strategy for the Student Ministry in line with Cornerstone PCAs Vision, Mission, and Strategy.
- Develop pastoral caring relationships with Middle School and High School students.
- Lead, prepare, and coordinate our Sunday night gathering for Middle School and High School students including games, worship, teaching, curriculum, and small groups.
- Recruit, equip, care for, pray for, and send our Student Ministry Small Group Leaders through monthly equipping meetings and monthly care contact through phone and face-to-face.
- Lead and organize outreach fun events, summer camp, retreats, and mission opportunities (1/month).
- Lead and develop High School students in a Servant Leadership Team.
Nursery and Childrens Ministry:
- Give oversight to the PT Nursery Coordinator and ministry.
- Lead and develop the Childrens Ministry and its Leadership Team in vision, mission, strategy, and leadership of the Childrens Ministry.

Expectations:
- Pursuing PCA Ordination, Ordainable or Ordained.
- Attend Session (currently leadership) Meetings and additional leadership meetings as appropriate.
- Assist the Pastor of Cornerstone PCA with necessary assignments as time allows such as preaching, teaching, leadership development, discipleship, outreach, shepherding and care for the flock.
- Actively involved in the life and ministry of Cornerstone PCA in worship, discipleship, and proclamation of the gospel to those around us.
- Full-Time position with salary and benefits (life, health, disability, and retirement) in line with experience and education.
- Reports to and meets with the Cornerstone PCA Pastor 1x/week at an agreed upon time.
