Pega’s Partner Ecosystem team drives strategic growth through high-impact alliances and co-marketing initiatives. We collaborate across sales, product, and marketing to amplify Pega’s presence in the market through our global partner network. This role will be instrumental in scaling our Partner-branded Blueprint program and enabling partners to lead in AI-powered digital transformation.

AsMarketing Director, Global Partner Ecosystem will lead strategic marketing initiatives to accelerate partner success and market expansion through our Partner-branded Blueprint program, including leading on the Partner Service Catalog initiative. This senior-level role focuses on enabling partners to leverage Pega GenAI Blueprint™ capabilities to enhance their client offerings, drive business growth, and establish themselves as leaders in AI-powered digital transformation. The successful candidate will also provide functional leadership support to the Pega partner team in the execution of communications to partners.


What You'll Do at Pega:


+ Create go-to-market frameworks that help partners articulate the business value of Blueprint’s rapid application development capabilities to their clients

+ Lead on the creation, management and adoption of the Partner Service Catalog, including access, usage metrics, and feedback loops

+ Establish KPIs tied to business outcomes such as pipeline generation, ACV growth, market penetration, and client engagement

+ Design and deliver marketing enablement programs to drive Blueprint adoption and partner messaging effectiveness

+ Manage Partner Marketing Development Funds (MDF) in collaboration with the partner team to maximize impact

+ Create marketing assets, thought leadership content, PR and case studies showcasing Blueprint success stories with partners

+ Oversee partner presence on pega.com, ensuring consistent messaging around Blueprint and partner expertise

+ Lead the execution of partner communications, and product launch communications in collaboration with product marketing and the partner team

+ Proactively participate in partner governance processes to ensure message alignment across all channels

+ Align Blueprint messaging across Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, and the Partner team

+ Collaborate with the Demo Experience team to create Blueprint demos for partner use and deployment in client innovation centers

+ Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with GSIs and specialized partners to maximize Blueprint’s industry impact

+ Develop industry-specific marketing approaches in collaboration with Industry Market Leaders and partners

+ Develop and execute marketing strategies for Pega’s Partner-branded Blueprint program, marketing to our partners and delivering co-branded, partner specific solutions


Who You Are:


+ A strategic marketer with 10+ years of experience, including 5+ years in partner, channel, or alliance marketing.

+ Proven success managing strategic marketing programs and cross-functional teams.

+ Experienced in B2B technology marketing, ideally in enterprise software, AI/ML, or low-code/no-code platforms.

+ Skilled in partner ecosystem management and enablement strategies.

+ Familiar with enterprise software sales cycles and partner roles in complex transactions.

+ Developed and executed partner marketing programs that drove measurable pipeline and ACV growth.

+ Created compelling partner enablement content and campaigns that improved engagement and conversion.

+ Managed MDF programs and marketing budgets to maximize ROI.

+ Built strong relationships with partner teams and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and innovation.
