The Director, Outlet Field Leader is expected to deliver first-class service to our customers and our teams, creating a luxury experience in everything we do. This critical leadership role will remove obstacles, provide support, and ensure that our Outlet teams feel empowered to do the right thing. The ideal candidate for this role is passionate about motivating and inspiring teams to deliver results and exceed customer expectations. This individual will lead and develop our internal talent, setting the tone for an environment where vision is everything, while leading our Outlets in the region. Our leaders have a sense of personal style, polished appearance, refined taste and a discerning eye for luxury. They will understand the importance of attracting and retaining talent who uphold the same high level of professionalism.
