Summary:
The Director, Organizational Transformation & Project Management role is responsible for advancing enterprise-wide execution, organizational alignment, performance excellence, and the successful delivery of strategic initiatives that support STA’s mission, strategic goals, and long-term vision. This role provides oversight for project and program management across the organization by establishing PMO strategy, governance, standards, and consistent execution of complex cross-functional initiatives while leading the organizational change management process and Baldrige Performance Excellence program. The Director partners closely with executive leadership and stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, to translate strategic priorities into actionable portfolios that drive measurable value, operational excellence, organizational maturity, and mission impact within a healthcare environment.
