By afternoon, you’re reviewing budgets with Finance, aligning priorities with cross-functional partners, and preparing a concise update for senior leadership. This is the impact you’ll have as our Director, Operational Excellence & Facility Operations—keeping daily operations running smoothly while building the systems that scale.

    Core Responsibilities

    • Design and execute operational strategies that boost productivity and efficiency across the facility.
    • Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team to foster collaboration and a mindset of continuous improvement.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), diagnose trends, and refine processes to meet organizational targets.
    • Own budgets and resource planning to optimize operational costs without compromising quality.
    • Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations and internal company policies.
    • Partner with other departments to align operational execution with broader business objectives.
    • Uncover process gaps and implement best practices and standardized workflows.
    • Compile, interpret, and present operational reports and insights to senior management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
    • 5+ years of operations management experience in a comparable environment.
    • Demonstrated success leading teams and delivering complex initiatives on time.
    • Strong analytical capability and a track record of data-driven decision-making.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-change environment.
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and operations management software.
