Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute omni-channel growth strategies that integrate eCommerce, retail media, merchandising, and in-store marketing to increase revenue, market share, and customer engagement with a major national retail partner.
Lead retailer-facing business planning, category reviews, assortment optimization, product launch strategies, and long-range growth initiatives while serving as a key strategic advisor to internal stakeholders.
Direct and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration across sales, product management, digital commerce, analytics, and finance functions.
Manage marketing investments, performance metrics, and retail media programs through rigorous analysis of customer, category, and financial data to maximize ROI and profitability.
Qualifications
10+ years of omni-channel, retail marketing, channel marketing, customer marketing, category management, or digital commerce experience supporting large national retail accounts.
Proven success developing growth strategies for major brick-and-mortar and eCommerce retailers, with experience managing product portfolios, merchandising initiatives, and retail media programs.
Strong financial acumen including P&L management, forecasting, budgeting, business planning, and performance analytics.
Demonstrated leadership experience building high-performing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders within complex, matrixed organizations.
Preferred Experience
Experience supporting major home improvement, mass retail, consumer durable goods, or CPG channels.
Expertise in digital marketing, eCommerce optimization, online conversion, search performance, and customer acquisition strategies.
Background leading product launches, innovation planning, assortment strategy, and retailer line reviews.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline; advanced degree preferred.

Travel: up to 25%
Salary: $165 - 180K base + 15% bonus
