Strategic Program Growth: Spearhead the strategic growth and market expansion of the Labor & Delivery (L&D) and Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) programs, aligning departmental goals with clinical excellence, legal compliance, and community healthcare needs.
Cross-Facility Resource Optimization: Partner collaboratively with executive leadership, physicians, and regional directors to streamline operations and establish a resource-sharing framework across multiple locations, optimizing equipment, supply chains, and specialized staffing.
Clinical Excellence & Quality Assurance: Direct all clinical workflows—including patient assessments, care plan development, and complaint management—while coordinating rigorous internal and external audits to eliminate obstacles to high-quality patient care.
Fiscal Accountability & Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and optimize multi-million dollar departmental budgets, ensuring the L&D and NICU units operate within allocated funds while maintaining financial effectiveness and service excellence targets.
Transformational Leadership & Talent Development: Lead the recruitment, training, and professional development of a high-performing nursing team, fostering a culture of accountability, mentorship, and continuous performance evaluation.
