About us: Penrose Physical Therapy has been serving the Lacey, Olympia, and Tumwater communities since 2007. Founded by Dr. Jennifer Penrose, we have grown to a team of 8 therapists with a mission to help our community stay active, mobile, and pain-free — without unnecessary surgeries or pain pills. 


We are evolving into a full-spectrum regenerative and wellness clinic. We now offer advanced technologies including Shockwave Therapy, EMTT, Stimpod (pulsed radio frequency), and our Recovery & Longevity Lounge featuring red light therapy, PEMF, infrared sauna, and likely more options coming soon. Your role:   We are looking for a passionate, people-first sales professional to lead the growth of our cash-pay regenerative therapy and wellness services. You do not need a clinical or healthcare background — but you must genuinely care about health and helping people feel their best. 


This role is the bridge between a patient's first experience with our technology and a committed wellness plan. You will track our free trial pipeline, follow up with every patient who does not move forward same-day, manage Recovery Lounge scheduling, and hold our clinical team accountable to recommending these life-changing services. 

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Own and manage the free-trial pipeline in PhysioFunnels (our CRM) — log every session and follow up within 48 hours with any patient who does not convert same-day
  • Close wellness memberships and regenerative therapy packages, including our Premium Health Recovery Plan ($800/month, 2-month commitment)
  • Manage scheduling for the Recovery & Longevity Lounge — keep the calendar full
  • Coach and hold our clinical team accountable to recommending regenerative services to eligible patients — provide them with simple, comfortable talking points
  • Track weekly cash revenue progress against our weekly clinic goal and report to the owner
  • Keep PhysioFunnels and Google Sheets tracking clean, current, and accurate
  • Support marketing campaigns targeting active adults 50+ in the South Sound area
  • Collect patient testimonials and success stories for use on social media and our podcast
What we are looking for:
 
  • A consultative, relationship-first approach to sales — you educate and guide, not push
  • Genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping people feel their best
  • Experience tracking and managing a sales pipeline (any industry considered)
  • Comfortable learning new software quickly — we use PhysioFunnels (CRM), Prompt (EMR), and Google Workspace
  • Organized, self-starting, and accountable — you manage your own follow-up cadence
  • A team player who thrives in a small, high-energy clinic environment
  • Scheduling or coordination experience is a plus

Pay is hourly plus sales goals:


  • Pay is hourly based on your sales experience. Bonuses are applied when team goals are met for sales of Premium Recovery Plans and Longevity Lounge memberships. 2k-6k monthly bonuses possible.
