We're hiring a Director of US Sales to lead and grow sales into US hospitals, health systems, and
integrated delivery networks. This is a leadership role with end-to-end ownership of the US commercial
motion, reporting directly to the CEO.
You'll lead US sales strategy, drive pipeline generation, close health system deals alongside our physician
leadership, manage operational support (offshore sales operations team, lead generation partners), and
build the US sales team as revenue scales.
US sales strategy and leadership
• Define US commercial strategy across hospitals, health systems, and IDNs
• Set quarterly and annual revenue targets in partnership with the CEO
• Direct ICP, target account, and territory strategy
• Report US revenue performance to the CEO and board
Pipeline and demand generation
• Direct lead generation strategy across outbound, conferences, channel partnerships, and
inbound
• Manage offshore sales operations team supporting CRM, research, proposals, and meeting
logistics
• Manage relationships with lead generation agency partners
• Develop and manage GPO channel relationships
Deal management
• Personally drive outbound prospecting on top strategic accounts
• Qualify opportunities and orchestrate physician meetings with US hospital decision-makers
• Direct proposal development with 72-hour turnaround
• Lead deals through procurement, legal, IT security, and credentialing workflows
• Close deals alongside clinical leadership
Sales infrastructure
• Own CRM strategy (HubSpot or Salesforce) and team adoption
• Build the sales playbook, qualification frameworks, pricing guardrails, and proposal templates
• Run weekly pipeline reviews with the CEO and clinical leadership
• Provide accurate weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasting
• Represent the company at major US industry conferences
Team building and leadership
• Hire, ramp, and manage US-based AEs and SDRs as revenue scales
• Design commission plans, quota structures, and territory assignments
• Build the sales onboarding program for future hires
• Earn promotion to VP of Sales
What You Bring
• 5-10 years of US healthcare sales experience with a documented track record of carrying and
exceeding quota selling clinical services, telehealth, virtual care, or healthcare SaaS into US
hospitals and health systems
• Personal track record of closing US health system contracts at $200K+ ACV
• Hunter mentality combined with builder mindset
• Demonstrated experience leading sales motions, building sales infrastructure, or managing
junior sellers
• Established relationships with US health system buyers (CMO, VPMA, Chief of Service Line,
CMIO, CFO)
• Comfort selling complex clinical service contracts (retainer + per-encounter, RPM PMPM, hourly
clinical staffing)
• Working knowledge of US healthcare buying processes: CMS reimbursement, IDN procurement,
IT security review, credentialing, and GPO contracting
• Experience working with offshore or distributed operational teams is a plus
• Familiarity with neurology, nephrology, cardiology, or behavioral health service lines is a plus
• CRM fluency
• Experience at an early or growth-stage US digital health company strongly preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and US-based
