Description

Martz Bus is seeking a proven leader with experience developing and operating travel or tour offerings.

This role is responsible for developing travel products, setting pricing strategies, establishing partnerships, and driving business performance - turning our current tour operation into a scalable, profitable business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Martz Bus Travel & Tours business from strategy, revenue, and budgeting
• Own the Martz Bus Travel & Tours business, including strategy, revenue, and budgeting
• Develop and expand multi-day travel products and tour offerings
• Set pricing strategy to drive revenue and margin performance
• Build and manage relationships with hotels, attractions, and travel partners
• Expand offerings across key markets (Northeast, Washington DC, and Florida)
• Partner with Operations to ensure efficient execution
• Lead and develop the Travel & Tours team

Qualifications - a Must

• Experience in travel, tourism, organizing transportation, and revenue management
• Experience owning or directly impacting the revenue performance of a business or product line
• Background in pricing, revenue growth, or margin management
• Experience with vendor relationships and contract negotiation
• Demonstrated ability to operate as a business leader, not just an operator

About the Role

This is not a sales or event planning position. It is a leadership role with direct accountability for business performance, growth, and results. This role requires prior experience in travel and tours. On-site work is preferred, but we will be flexible depending on location. We will consider candidates from Pennsylvania, DC-Baltimore area, and Florida.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
• 7+ years in travel, tourism, hospitality, or a similar industry
