We want your knowledge and expertise!Job Summary and QualificationsYou will promote connections between the hospital, potential & existing patients, employees and the communityGuest Services is composed of the Gift Shop, Transport Services, Mailroom, Volunteers and will act as the PBX liaison for the facility; you will serve as the facility's representative for PBX issues, complaints, and controls the facilities Parlance directoryThe department supports the hospital and organizational strategies to recruit patients, maintain patient relationships and assists in the development of strategies to promote patient loyalty to MountainView's programs and servicesYou will accomplish department objectives by managing staff, planning and evaluating department activities for multiple departments- these include the Gift Shop, Mailroom, Volunteer and TransportYou will promote hospital lines-of-service including Senior StrategiesWhat qualifications you will need:Bachelor's degree or job experience equivalentBackground in customer service and minimum one year experience managing a volunteer services program in an acute health care facility preferredStrong ability to work well with others in a leadership and advisory role requiredGood telephone manners and excellent communication skills are essential.
