Overview:
Hybrid Remote - Must be local to Dallas, Texas Metro area.
The Director of Transformation leads data-driven initiatives to enhance margin, productivity, and overall operational performance across the organization. This role converts insights into action by driving disciplined execution, advanced analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results. The position is primarily focused on supporting and advancing initiatives within the Financial Shared Services organization.

Responsibilities:
Financial Shared Services Transformation
- Lead the design and execution of transformation initiatives within Financial Shared Services (Billing, AP, AR, Pricing, and Master Data).
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve billing accuracy, cycle times, cash flow, margin performance, and cost-to-serve.
- Develop clear business cases, success metrics, and ROI tracking to ensure initiatives deliver measurable financial impact.
- Standardize and optimize end-to-end financial processes across business units to reduce variability and inefficiencies.
- Serve as a strategic partner to Finance leadership on operating model improvements, scalability, and growth enablement.

Data, Technology & Enablement
- Partner with IT and Digital teams to implement and optimize ERP, billing systems, reporting tools, and data platforms.
- Enable improved decision-making through accessible, accurate, and actionable financial and operational data.
- Ensure technology investments deliver tangible business value, particularly in automation, reporting, and integration.
- Support initiatives involving AI, reporting automation, and workflow tools that enhance Financial Shared Services performance.
Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities
- 10+ years of experience in transformation, finance, shared services, or operations roles.
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable financial outcomes.
- Strong program and project management skills, including roadmap development, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
Deep understanding of financial processes (billing, AR/AP, pricing, reporting) and their operational dependencies. Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Preferred
- Experience in a shared services or centralized finance environment
- PMP, Agile, or similar certification
- Experience with ERP, CRM, billing, or pricing systems
- Background in industrial or services-based businesses
- Experience driving process standardization across a decentralized organization
