Title: Director of Training and Development (must be a Florida resident)

The Director of Training is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving enterprise-wide learning and development programs across all manufacturing facilities in Florida. This role serves as the strategic and operational leader for workforce training, ensuring that all plant personnel — from line operators to site leadership — possess the competencies required to meet safety, quality, regulatory, and productivity objectives. Supervise 5 personnel
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or a related field required. Minimum of eight years of experience in personnel training in a manufacturing industry.
Experience in financial operations and technology systems is also preferred.
