Director of Training at Burger King would be responsible for leading and developing the organization’s training programs to ensure all team members; from new hires to senior leaders are equipped with the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Job Summary
This position would oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of training initiatives across the Burger King portfolio 138 locations, aligning them with the company’s service standards, operational goals, and brand values. The Director would work closely with franchise operations, regional managers, and other leadership to ensure training supports both business performance and employee development.
Responsibilities
- Create and deliver training programs for new hires, cross-training, refresher courses, and leadership development.
- Analyze training gaps through surveys, interviews, and performance data to guide program design for low performing stores.
- For senior roles, design leadership frameworks and executive coaching programs for Regional Directors and other high-level leaders.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and assessments to ensure consistency and quality.
- Monitor training effectiveness, measure ROI, and make improvements based on feedback and results.
- Ensure training meets Brand Standards and health regulations and internal standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field; advanced degree or certification preferred.
- Experience in the restaurant industry, including 5+ years of managerial experience in training and HR development.
- Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and travel as needed.
