Through its staff of 250+ professionals, JF&CS provides integrated services to address mental health and well-being, economic insecurity, disability and aging challenges, and more. Our state-wide reputation for excellence is a direct result of the impact of our staff—and our Director of Technology Strategy & Operations ensures that our systems, tools, and infrastructure can fully support that work.
In this newly created role, which reports directly to the CEO, the Director will partner with service line leaders to design, implement and support practical, tailored technology solutions that support staff productivity, improve program operations, and ensure effective use of data. This includes leveraging emerging AI tools to enhance automation, decision-making, and service delivery. A central responsibility is oversight of the agency’s enterprise-wide case management system, Exponent Case Management, that is built on the Salesforce platform, and that both supports program operations and enables us to measure our impact. Other key elements include organization-wide knowledge management and productivity tools, program-specific workflows, and staff training. The Director will also manage our IT manager and our MSP, who are responsible for our IT infrastructure, user support, and security.
The Director will blend strategic leadership and innovation with hands-on collaborative partnership with leaders across JF&CS. They will manage a team of 5, including an IT Manager, a Help Desk Technician, two Salesforce Administrators, and our Manager of Evaluation & Impact.
Beyond the technology leadership role, the Director will participate in broad-based organization-wide planning on a wide range of strategic and operational issues.
This is a full‑time position with a hybrid schedule, requiring a minimum of 3 to 4 days per week of in‑person work.
