Position Overview

An ABA service provider is seeking a strong, hands-on leader to oversee and elevate its recruitment function. This is a newly created leadership role focused less on traditional talent acquisition expertise and more on building structure, implementing systems, leading teams, and driving operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate is a tech-savvy operator and leader who can design processes, integrate tools, and manage a fast-moving team in a high-growth environment. Recruitment experience is a plus but not required, as training on the ABA hiring side will be provided.


Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead and manage a recruitment team in a fast-paced environment
  • Build structure, accountability, and clear workflows across the team
  • Develop a high-performance, collaborative team culture
  • Coach and support team members to improve execution and output

Systems & Process Development

  • Implement, optimize, and manage an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Build scalable recruitment processes and standard operating procedures
  • Identify inefficiencies and create solutions to streamline workflows
  • Continuously improve systems to support high-volume hiring

Operational Strategy

  • Partner with executive leadership on hiring and operational goals
  • Translate business needs into structured hiring and staffing plans
  • Use data and reporting to track performance and improve outcomes
  • Support high-volume hiring initiatives across the organization

Technology & Innovation

  • Leverage technology to improve recruiting and operational efficiency
  • Integrate tools and systems to better track, manage, and automate workflows
  • Identify and implement process improvements through tech solutions

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership experience managing teams in any operational, staffing, recruiting, or business function
  • Highly tech-savvy with experience implementing or working deeply with systems (ATS or similar platforms a plus)
  • Strong process-building and organizational skills
  • Ability to lead, structure, and improve fast-moving teams
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability
  • Comfortable working in high-growth, high-volume environments
  • Strong communication and leadership presence

Recruitment / TA experience is a plus, not required
