NOTICE OF POSITION
POSITION:
The Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Pascal Mubenga, is interested in receiving applications from qualified candidates for the position of:
Director of Student Placement & Registration
The Director of Student Placement & Registration is responsible for providing overall leadership and coordination of advising, registration, and placement process for the Student Placement and Registration office.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must have a Master's degree, and a New York State School District Administrator (SDA), or School District Leader (SDL), or Administrator certificate by the time of appointment. Candidates must have a minimum of eight years combined certificated teaching and supervisory experience, with a minimum of three (3) years at the supervisory level. Candidates must have an understanding of all pertinent state and federal laws, guidelines, and regulations related to student registration and enrollment.
REPORTING:
The Director of Student Placement & Registration reports to the Assistant Superintendent for Student Support Services.

Appointment will be made by the Board of Education upon the recommendation of the Superintendent following the assessment of training, experience, credentials, evaluation of service, program needs, and personal interview.
