Director of Strategic Partnerships - Healthcare and Senior Living | Location: Boise, ID (Hybrid or Remote Eligible — Dallas and Chicago preferred). While this role may offer flexibility, candidates must be based in Central or Mountain time zones to support operational needs.
Compensation: $100,000/yr DOE + uncapped commission | Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm MST
Job Summary
The Director of Strategic Partnerships plays a critical role in advancing Thomas Cuisine’s growth and innovation initiatives within the Healthcare and Senior Living verticals. This role leads complex, crossâfunctional projects that support new business development, client transitions, operational excellence, and longâterm strategic priorities. Reporting to executive leadership, the Director of Strategic Partnerships works closely across teams to translate strategy into actionable project plans, drive alignment, and ensure the successful execution of highâimpact initiatives that enhance resident and patient dining experiences.
