Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $110,000 – $170,000 (based on experience)
- Incentive Bonus: Up to 17.5%
- Sign-On Bonus: Case-by-case consideration

Position Summary
"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Director of Sterile Processing for an exciting job in Asheville, North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead overall operations of the Sterile Processing department
- Ensure adherence to infection prevention and sterile processing standards
- Oversee quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and professional development
- Partner with perioperative and clinical leadership teams across service lines
- Drive efficiency and standardization of workflows
- Maintain readiness for regulatory and accreditation inspections
- Support budgeting, resource allocation, and cost management
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and patient safety
Required Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field
OR - Completion of a two-year Surgical Technology program
Certifications
- Current CSPDT or CRCST certification required
- IAHCSMM certification required
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in Central Sterile Processing
- Acute care hospital experience required
- Strong knowledge of:
- Operating room instrumentation and surgical equipment
- Aseptic technique and infection prevention standards
- Sterile processing workflows and compliance regulations
- Proven experience leading large teams in a complex healthcare environment strongly preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
