Recruit, train, and supervise special education providers (SEITs, paraprofessionals, therapists, etc.)
Oversee caseload management, documentation, and service tracking systems
Serve as the primary liaison with school administrators and district personnel
Support IEP development, review, and implementation processes
Develop scalable systems for scheduling, staffing, and quality control
Monitor program effectiveness and continuously improve service delivery Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Special Education or related field
Valid state certification in Special Education (required)
Required: Direct experience in Missouri special education systems, including familiarity with state-specific compliance, regulations, and service delivery requirements
5+ years experience in special education (teaching, coordination, or administration)
Strong knowledge of IEPs, IDEA compliance, and service delivery models
Experience supervising or managing staff strongly preferred
Ability to build systems and operate in a fast-moving, growing environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills Who This Role Is Great For
Former or current Special Education Coordinators / Directors

Fast-paced, growth-oriented environment within an established education organization
Opportunity to build and lead a new division
High level of ownership and decision-making responsibility
Collaboration with both school partners and internal leadership
