What You'll Do:
- Lead and grow multiple engineering teams (on‑site & remote) focused on building modern web applications at scale.
- Drive the web platform roadmap and partner closely with Product, Design, and Business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
- Establish best practices, technical standards, and scalable architecture patterns to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Coach, mentor, and develop engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Influence strategic decisions and act as a thought leader in web engineering practices and emerging technologies.
What You Bring:
- 10+ years building customer-facing web applications at scale
- 5+ years leading engineering teams with proven mentorship and leadership skills
- Strong hands‑on experience with modern web frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, Node.js), APIs (GraphQL, REST), Java, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Deep understanding of scalable architectures, microservices, CI/CD, observability, and performance tuning
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
