Role Description The Director of Service Deli & Prepared Foods is a full-time, on-site role based in Reseda, CA. This role oversees service deli and prepared foods operations across all JONS locations, including product selection, merchandising, food safety, quality standards, budgeting, sales performance, and profitability. Responsibilities include leading department managers, supporting staffing needs, ensuring policy execution, developing promotions, maintaining inventory levels, and improving customer satisfaction.
