Position Purpose: To provide programmatic leadership and accountability, directing oversight and support of school-based health staff in CHI school-based health sites.
Position Requirements / Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in nursing, Public Health, Health Administration, Social Work, Healthcare Management, or a related healthcare field required.
Master's degree in nursing, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred. A minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible healthcare, school health, public health, or community health program experience. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of management experience supervising multidisciplinary teams, including clinical and administrative staff.
Licensure / Certification:
Current Florida clinical license (RN, APRN, LCSW, LMHC, or comparable healthcare license) preferred but not required depending on candidate background and operational experience.
