We're looking for a strategic Director of Sales to lead a team of 5 sales representatives and own the full revenue engine from pipeline generation to closing. You'll set the tone, build the playbook, and coach your team to success. If you know how to implement sales strategy and processes and love developing people, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
Coaching & Leadership:
Run daily huddles, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking sessions
Coach on call quality, talk tracks, and closing techniques
Recruit, onboard, and train new team members
Drive continuous improvement through constant monitoring and professional development planning
Sales Strategy:
Build and implement sales scripts, cadences, and outreach strategies
Design incentive programs that motivate and reward performance
Partner with marketing on lead flow, campaign follow-up, and conversion strategy
Drive consultative upsell opportunities and maximize revenue per representative
Forecasting & Analysis:
Deliver accurate sales forecasting and ensure HubSpot pipeline integrity
Track and report on key KPIs
Assist in closing high-level deals and serve as sales backup on escalations
Identify data-driven trends and act on them
What You'll Bring
A proven track record with 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including 2+ years managing a team and carrying a team quota that consistently hit sales targets.
Experience leading in a consultative sales environment, and building a sales process (not just followed one).
Experience coaching for improvement to drive strong sales metrics (conversion rates, cycle length, win rates) and using data to make decisions
Comfortable operating as a player-coach and willing to jump into deals and lead from the front
Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships, or product development to drive pipeline and growth
A high-accountability leadership style sets clear expectations and directly addresses gaps.

Our Hiring Process:
Qualified applicants will receive a text/email invitation to complete our behavioral assessment.
Upon completion, candidates will be scheduled for a 20-30 minute Zoom/video interview.
