The mission is simple: build a high-performance real estate team that produces. Not headcount production. You will turn recruiting into closings, onboarding into productivity, and culture into accountability. If agents arent producing, that sits with you.
You will own recruiting, onboarding, training, and KPI accountability. This means bringing in the right people, getting them productive fast, running trainings that change behavior, and managing performance weekly. Youll know exactly who is producing, who isnt, and why and youll act on it.
Compensation is built for builders. Realistic earnings are $200K$250K+, including base, production overrides, recruiting bonuses, and performance accelerators. If you build a machine, you get paid like you built it.
This role is for someone who has led agents, driven production, and is comfortable holding the line. You move fast, think in numbers, and dont need direction you want ownership.
If you need security, avoid hard conversations, or prefer maintaining over building, this will not be a fit.
