The Director of Sales & Product Strategy is responsible for advancing PTUSA's product-led growth strategy by driving product development, commercialization, and strategic sales initiatives that attract new customers and strengthen existing relationships. The role integrates animal nutrition, formulation strategy, market insight, and customer needs into a focused product roadmap while providing functional leadership across sales, marketing, and business development. Revenue growth is driven by converting differentiated, nutrition-based products into scalable commercial execution, while leading the sales team to meet annual goals and deliver a consistent, high quality customer experience before and after the sale. The role serves as the primary commercial partner to R&D, nutrition, and production, ensuring product decisions support sustainable margins, customer loyalty, and long-term enterprise value.
Education/Certification: Associates degree required. Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Nutrition, Business, Management or a related field preferred.
Required Knowledge & Experience: 7+ plus years of experience in agribusiness, with demonstrated success in product strategy, outsides sales or business development. Strong exposure to animal nutrition, feed ingredients, or formulation-driven products strongly preferred. Experience in commercializing differentiated or value-added products in competitive markets preferred.
Must possess a current, valid driver's license with no restrictions. 50% travel required as necessary.
