Director of Sales
Riley Hotel Group is currently seeking an experienced, full-time Director of Sales to join our team!

The right candidate will have:
- 3+ years of past sales experience in a hotel setting
- Knowledge of hotel operations
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word; Excel; Outlook and experience with hotel reservation and revenue management systems
- Ability to complete in-person sales visits to clients
- Understanding of how to improve local negotiated account business
Our Director of Sales will:
- Analyze market and accordingly create marketing plan to drive group business and ADR
- Work to ensure property reaches budget/revenue goals
- Articulate sales performance to corporate office and general manager
- Communicate effectively to staff on sales clients, groups, VIP guests, etc.
- Call new prospects drive business new and repeat business
- Solicit, negotiate and book new and repeat business through various efforts
- Develop and continually enhance relationships with key accounts to maintain and increase our market share
- Maintain consistent and timely verbal and written communication with clients
- Assist in developing an annual sales and marketing plan
- Identify marketing strategy for each market segment
- Analyze historical, current and future hotel trends, and market trends
- Create selling strategies to capture the maximum amount of revenue to meet/exceed sales goals.
