As a Director of Sales, you will manage a multi-state sales team responsible for generating referrals for infusion therapies, working closely with pharmacy and nursing departments. Your key responsibilities include achieving revenue and profit goals, supporting key accounts, and collaborating with clinical, reimbursement, and operations teams.


Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of home infusion sales experience with a proven success record and 3+ years of sales team management across multiple states. A high school diploma is required.
