Make a Difference as The Director of Sales
The Director of Sales will serve as the senior commercial leader responsible for driving top-line revenue growth, expanding market share, and elevating the resort's presence within the luxury leisure, group, and corporate segments.
This role drives revenue growth across all segments while ensuring alignment with brand standards, revenue management strategies, and overall business objectives.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Director of Sales provides leadership to the Sales & Catering teams, cultivates key client relationships, inclusive of community partners and collaborates cross-functionally to maximize market share and total resort profitability.

Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
