Job Description- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Oversee and manage quality control processes to ensure all projects meet established benchmarks.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and training sessions for construction teams.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate potential safety and quality risks.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
- Review and approve safety plans and quality documentation for all construction projects.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to foster a culture of safety and quality.
