About the role
nn
Revenue Operations at Hostfully is not a traditional "Salesforce admin who runs reports" seat. We've built an internal GTM platform that runs pipeline, forecasting, billing analytics, ARR dashboards, sales coaching, an AI SDR, and a Slack-based AI CFO. Everything is wired into Salesforce, Maxio, Stripe, Braintree, Zoom, Mixmax, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Claude.
nn
This role owns that platform and the strategy behind it. The Director of Revenue Operations is equally comfortable in a forecast review with the CRO and a Claude prompt with our AI bots. We're looking for an operator who ships.
nn
Reports to the CRO. Partners closely with Finance, Marketing, and the sales floor.
nn
What you'll own
nn
The GTM Engine platform end-to-end. Pipeline dashboards, 12-month MRR forecast, weekly pipeline snapshots, channel attribution, lead source rules, and UTM logic. This data is what the exec team and the board run on, so accuracy and trust are non-negotiable.
nn
Quota and actuals. AE and BDR quota targets, monthly closed won, attainment tracking, YoY comparisons.
nn
Revenue and billing analytics. The ARR Momentum and Billing dashboards (New, Expansion, Contraction, Churn, Reactivation, Renewal, etc.), the Maxio-aligned 9-category view, and the cross-system sync from Braintree, Stripe, and CSV imports. The source of truth for "how much ARR did we add last month, and where did it come from?"
nn
The AI features. The Claude-powered AI CFO Slack bot, the Brazil AI SDR pipeline (Clay enrichment, WhatsApp via Z-API, Slack approval gates, full prompt injection protection), the Sequence Writer (Cialdini-grounded cold sequences), and the Sales Coach beta that posts per-call feedback to Slack. Keep them running, ship the next set.
nn
Sales team performance and coaching. AE and BDR matrices, individual rep drilldowns, call transcript review, time allocation analysis, the All-Hands deck generator.
nn
Marketing analytics. Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign reporting, the marketing dashboard, channel-level ROI.
nn
Governance and access. CRO approval chains for sensitive changes, formula change tracking, role and team management, audit trails.
nn
Infrastructure. The Salesforce bi-daily sync, Google Calendar pulls, Zoom backfill, Maxio integration, the deploy pipeline on EC2 / PM2 / Nginx.
nn
What we're looking for
nn
5+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, and/or GTM strategy at a SaaS company, ideally B2B with a self-serve and sales-assist motion side by side.
nn
Engineering knowledge is not required, but the person in this seat should be able to extend the platform, ship a Claude prompt, debug a sync issue, and pair with engineering without a translator in the room.
nn
Salesforce fluency. You've owned a real Salesforce org. Opportunity stages, lead routing, custom fields, reports, and you've cleaned up someone else's mess at least once.
nn
You've built or operated forecast models that the CFO actually used. You understand the difference between pipeline coverage and pipeline quality, and you can explain it to a board.
nn
Familiarity with Claude, OpenAI, or other LLM APIs in production. Bonus if you've shipped an agentic workflow with approval gates and injection defenses.
nn
Strong writing. RevOps lives in dashboards, but it dies in unread Slack messages. The right candidate can write a one-pager the exec team will actually read.
nn
Remote-native. Comfortable working async with distributed teams across time zones.
nn
Bonus points
nDirect experience with Maxio, SaaSOptics, or another subscription billing platform.
nn
Experience in vacation rental, hospitality, or marketplace SaaS.
nn
Spanish or Portuguese fluency (we run an AI SDR pipeline in Brazil).
nn
You've built a GTM platform from scratch and know which corners are safe to cut.
nn
What we offer
nn
Compensation & Benefits
n• Salary: USD $150k - $180k OTE
n• Fully remote, flexible hours agreed upon with your manager
n• Unlimited vacation with management approval
n• Parental, sick, and other paid leave
n• A culture of ownership, experimentation, transparency, and performance
nn
A platform that's already real. Not a blank page. The next person inherits a working AI-native GTM stack and work to make it better.
