We are seeking an experienced Director of Revenue Cycle Management to lead and optimize revenue cycle operations across our growing home health organization. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving financial performance, improving reimbursement outcomes, overseeing revenue cycle partnerships, and supporting operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of home health revenue cycle operations, including billing, collections, denials, reimbursement, and cash flow performance.
- Monitor and improve key revenue cycle metrics and financial outcomes.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Clinical Leadership, and external vendors to drive accountability and results.
- Analyze revenue cycle trends and develop actionable reporting for executive leadership.
- Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, compliance, and reimbursement performance.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, commercial payer, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive revenue cycle leadership experience.
- 3+ years of home health revenue cycle experience.
- Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, Managed Care, and commercial payer reimbursement.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Preferred
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience.
- Multi-site healthcare experience.
- Experience leading process improvement and organizational growth initiatives.
