Director of Revenue Cycle – Full-Time

? $87,817 – $122,616 annually

Seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle leader with strong healthcare finance, billing, coding, collections, and management experience. Candidates should have 5+ years of Revenue Cycle experience along with leadership/supervisory experience in a hospital or healthcare setting.

Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing Admissions, Registration, Coding, Billing, and Collections operations
• Managing revenue cycle performance metrics including cash collections, denials, and AR days
• Leading financial analysis and reporting related to revenue cycle operations
• Maintaining compliance with audit standards and internal controls
• Managing billing system processes, payment posting, adjustments, and bad debt write-offs
• Working with insurance carriers to resolve reimbursement issues and improve cash flow
• Developing operational plans, budgets, and departmental goals
• Hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluating managers and staff
• Serving as the primary contact for revenue cycle audits and compliance matters

Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations and billing systems
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment

Relocation to a rural area is required.
