Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to serve as the Director of Resident Services & Sales. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of resident relations, assist the Sales Director in leasing operations, and sales initiatives for The Grove at Trelago. Your energetic approach will support occupancy growth, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster positive community experiences for current and future residents. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the resident experience and make a difference every day in the lives of our seniors.
Responsibilities
- Support property leasing activities, including conducting tours, processing applications, and executing lease agreements with attention to legal standards at the direction of the Sales Director and Executive Director.
- Manage resident relations by addressing inquiries, resolving conflicts, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and effective communication.
- Utilize property management software such as Yardi, Welcome Home, or similar platforms for data entry, reporting, and maintaining accurate resident records.
- Coordinate property maintenance requests and work closely with facilities management teams to uphold community standards at the request of residents or families.
- Outreach efforts to support sales efforts.
Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, as well as CRM experience
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette.
- Experience in property leasing processes from tours to lease signing; familiarity with property maintenance coordination is a plus.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, healthcare marketing, or senior living preferred
- Proven ability to build professional relationships and close sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with high accountability and organization
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
- Comfortable with local travel and networking
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required based on experience
