Summary:
Under general supervision, manages and oversees the day-to-day activities of support employees, residence assistants, and student assistants engaged in a range of direct student residence life services. Provides leadership in the direction and administration of the living learning program fostering an environment for students and staff that is conducive to both personal and professional growth and achieving the objectives of a viable student development program in support of the Housing and Residential Life Department's mission. Serve in a live-in capacity to provide non-therapeutic student counseling, crisis intervention, and referral service.
