Large, top-tier law firm is seeking a Director of Reporting & Pricing for its Century City office. This is a hybrid role. Director leads the development, analysis, and ongoing refinement of the firm’s pricing strategies and financial reporting to support profitability, market competitiveness, and data‑driven decision‑making. Director will also manage the pricing/reporting and client/timekeeper data teams. Firm would like to see 5+ years’ experience in the legal industry and at least 3+ years’ experience managing preparation of monthly and annual reports, ad hoc client reports including time detail, ledger history, and attorney assignments. Director will create reports to analyze firm financial metrics and profitability and will develop and prepare pricing proposals in response to RFP requirements while ensuring compliance with firm policies. Proficiency in Aderant, SQL or Power BI, and advanced proficiency in MS Excel is preferred. Salary is $175-225K/yr (Exempt) depending on qualifications, experience and skills.
