Post Rehab is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) for a full-time leadership role in our skilled nursing facility. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced therapist ready to oversee rehab operations and support a collaborative clinical team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the therapy department
- Oversee PT, OT, and SLP services
- Monitor productivity, scheduling, and compliance
- Support staff development and clinical outcomes
- Collaborate with facility leadership and nursing teams
Requirements:
- Active PT, PTA, OT, or COTA license
- Skilled nursing experience required
- Prior leadership experience preferred
