The Director of Rehabilitation provides operational and clinical oversight for the therapy department within the skilled nursing setting.
Lead therapy department operations
Supervise and mentor therapy staff
Ensure regulatory compliance and documentation standards
Monitor productivity and departmental performance
Collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership
Drive high-quality patient outcomes
Active California PT license
Skilled Nursing Facility experience required
Leadership experience preferred but not required
Strong clinical and organizational skills
