We are seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to oversee rehabilitation services within a skilled nursing facility in Quincy, MA. This leadership role is ideal for a licensed therapist who enjoys team development, operational oversight, and driving quality clinical outcomes in a collaborative rehab environment.

Position Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department including PT, OT, and SLP services
• Supervise therapy staff scheduling, productivity, and department workflow
• Support compliance with Medicare, PDPM, and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with nursing, physicians, administration, and interdisciplinary teams to support resident care goals
• Monitor clinical outcomes, documentation quality, and department performance
• Assist with staff onboarding, mentorship, training, and performance development

Qualifications:

• Active PT, PTA, OT, or COTA license required
• Prior skilled nursing experience required
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and clinical management skills
