Country Crest Post Acute is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy department and drive exceptional patient outcomes. Compensation: $110,000 to $160,000 annually, dependent on experience and licensure

Sign on or Relocation Bonus of $10,000

Your Role:

The Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for rehabilitation services within the assigned facility or region.  The Director of Rehabilitation is responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant, and financially sustainable therapy services across physical therapy, occupational therapy, and

speech language pathology disciplines.

What You Bring:

  • Current, active, and unrestricted professional license in the state of practice (PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP). 
  • Minimum clinical experience, typically 3–5 years; leadership experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation regulations, reimbursement systems, and operational management.
  • Ongoing compliance with continuing education requirements established by the applicable state licensing authority.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A collaborative, solution-oriented leadership style
  • Composure and professionalism in a fast-paced clinical environment
