Post Rehab is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department within a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. This is a leadership opportunity for a licensed therapist who enjoys building strong teams, overseeing operations, and supporting quality resident outcomes.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department including PT, OT, and SLP services
  • Lead therapy staff scheduling, workflow, department productivity, and daily clinical coordination
  • Partner with nursing, physicians, administration, and interdisciplinary team members regarding resident care plans
  • Support compliance with Medicare, PDPM, facility policies, and clinical documentation standards
  • Monitor department performance, therapy outcomes, and quality initiatives
  • Assist with staff onboarding, mentorship, and team development

Qualifications:

  • Active PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP license required
  • Skilled nursing experience required
  • Prior rehab leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and team management skills
  • Working knowledge of Medicare, PDPM, and rehab operations
