Post Rehab is seeking an experienced Director of Rehabilitation (DOR) to lead our therapy department within a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. This is a leadership opportunity for a licensed therapist who enjoys building strong teams, overseeing operations, and supporting quality resident outcomes.
Position Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the rehabilitation department including PT, OT, and SLP services
- Lead therapy staff scheduling, workflow, department productivity, and daily clinical coordination
- Partner with nursing, physicians, administration, and interdisciplinary team members regarding resident care plans
- Support compliance with Medicare, PDPM, facility policies, and clinical documentation standards
- Monitor department performance, therapy outcomes, and quality initiatives
- Assist with staff onboarding, mentorship, and team development

Qualifications:
- Active PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP license required
- Skilled nursing experience required
- Prior rehab leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and team management skills
- Working knowledge of Medicare, PDPM, and rehab operations
