Director of Rehab Services

We are seeking a full-time Director of Rehab Services to oversee therapy operations in a skilled nursing facility. This position is ideal for a licensed PT or OT with experience managing teams and driving clinical performance.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate daily department activities and ensure smooth operations
- Supervise therapy staff, including scheduling, productivity, and performance
- Maintain compliance with clinical guidelines and reimbursement standards
- Work with facility leadership to support resident care initiatives
- Review program effectiveness and implement improvements
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation across the department
Qualifications:
- Active Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist license required
- Skilled nursing experience required
- Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
