We are currently seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our therapy team with passion, integrity, and clinical excellence.

What You'll Do

As Director of Rehabilitation, you will:

• Lead and oversee all rehabilitation services within the facility
• Manage, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary therapy team
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and clinical standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor program performance, quality measures, and patient satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in rehab services

What We're Looking For

• Licensed PT, OT, or SLP (required)
• Previous leadership or management experience in a rehab setting
• Strong knowledge of skilled nursing regulations and best practices
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
• Passion for patient-centered care and team development
