Job Summary
The Director of Recruitments responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing and implementing strategic recruitment plans to increase student enrollment. This position will lead efforts to attract prospective students through targeted outreach, partnerships, and enrollment strategies. The Director of Recruitment will provide direct supervision of the recruitment staff and assist the division to accomplish institutional goals and objectives. This is an exempt level position, and reports directly to the AVP of Student Services.
