Located in Houston, Texas and reporting directly to the Vice President of Quality, this role leads the enterprise Quality Management System (QMS), supplier quality initiatives, regulatory compliance programs, and field quality operations across all global locations. The position is responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence while ensuring compliance with API Q1/Q2, ISO 9001, DS-1, customer-specific, and regulatory requirements.
This position directly supervises regional and site QA/QC Managers globally and provides indirect oversight for quality personnel throughout the organization.
This position operates in both office and industrial environments, including manufacturing and field service locations. Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds may be required. This role may require standing, walking, traveling through operational facilities, and the use of standard personal protective equipment (PPE) including hard hats, safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toed footwear.
