As Director of Quality Assurance, you will play a key leadership role in supporting the organization's quality, compliance, and performance improvement initiatives. Working closely with the Vice President of Quality Assurance and leaders across the organization, you will help ensure that our programs meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance, accreditation, and quality of care while driving initiatives that improve organizational performance and client outcomes.
The Director of Quality Assurance oversees the organization's quality assurance activities, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, contractual requirements, and organizational policies. This position leads licensing, certification, accreditation, and audit readiness efforts with CARF, the Ohio Department of Behavioral Health, and other regulatory agencies. The Director evaluates organizational systems and processes, monitors quality indicators, supports continuous quality improvement initiatives, and oversees program evaluation activities, including client satisfaction and service outcomes. The position also serves as the organization's Client Rights Officer, promoting accountability, privacy, and a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
