Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for MRO operations.
  • Oversee engineering projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Lead a team of engineers and quality assurance professionals to achieve operational goals.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement in processes and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and reliability.
  • Provide training and mentorship to staff on quality control methodologies.
  • Analyze quality metrics and prepare reports for senior management review.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in quality assurance and engineering, preferably in MRO.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Certifications in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
